Gosh I do rant rather don't I?! Events have rather overtaken me I'm afraid and I haven't blogged for a couple of weeks it seems. There's been a family bereavement, a million ( well if felt like it) people to feed last weekend, a series of nights sleep lost, worries upon worries about this child or that child ( pretty much all over 30 - when is this going to end?) and now a business dinner to organise which is feeling more effort than it should.
Of course since my last posting we have had a General Election - I love everything about Election day itself but seem to be in a minority with that one. Please excuse any grammatical errors I stayed up pretty much all night for the results. We will have to see what this weekend brings but hopefully Mr. Brown will be at Buckingham Palace on Monday offering his resignation as Prime Minister. This country needs change and badly but it will be a hard road ahead for sure.
The really lovely thing is that wedding season is well and truly upon us and I love that. The outfits, the flowers, the bride ( obviously). We are lucky enough to be guests at a wedding next weekend - I will blog lots about that you can be assured!
Okay will hopefully have something a bit more interesting to bleat on about in a couple of days. xx
